We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our thriving practice in Nottingham. In this leadership role you will be instrumental in guiding a dedicated team ensuring the highest standards of care for our patients and working collaboratively to drive the success of our practice. Salary:per annum (Including allowances)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Contract: Fulltime Permanent
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead inspire and mentor a team of veterinary professionals fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Clinical Excellence: Provide highquality veterinary care ensuring that best practices are followed. Manage complex cases and oversee routine surgeries and procedures.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee daytoday clinical operations ensuring efficiency and excellence in patient care and customer service.
- Client Communication: Build strong relationships with clients delivering outstanding service and ensuring that pets receive the best care possible.
- Clinical Development: Drive continuous improvement in clinical protocols and services. Support and guide your team in their professional development.
