Are you a Senior Veterinary Surgeon with a passion for leadership and clinical excellence
We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join our team in Sheffield. As a key member of our leadership team you will play a vital role in overseeing our clinical practice and mentoring a talented team of Veterinary Surgeons and Nurses. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead mentor and inspire the veterinary and nursing teams fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Daily Operations: Oversee daily workflows ensuring smooth operations across the practice highquality clinical care and excellent customer service.
- Clinical Governance: Ensure clinical governance and adherence to high standards in all aspects of care and treatment.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the budgeting for hospital treatments and resources ensuring costeffective practices without compromising on patient care.
- Mentoring: Provide guidance and support to the Head Nurse and Veterinary Surgeons helping to develop their skills and expertise.

- Salary:per annum (including allowances).
