Job Description
Are you ready to take the lead in a thriving practice GLG Vets is delighted to present an exciting opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon in the charming town of Scunthorpe.
Located just a stones throw from the rolling hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds Scunthorpe offers a perfect balance of countryside tranquillity and community living. Whether you enjoy invigorating country walks or peaceful weekends this is an ideal setting to live and work.
The Practice
This wellequipped practice boasts:
- Dedicated consult rooms.
- A double surgical theatre.
- A fully equipped dental suite.
- Digital xray room and prep area.
- Separate dog and cat isolation rooms.
Youll be supported by an experienced team of 2 Vets a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse (HRVN) and a strong Nursing and support team to help you focus on delivering the highest standard of care.
The Role
- Schedule: 4 weekdays per week and a fair weekend rota giving you ample time for worklife balance.
- Leadership: Take the lead in driving clinical excellence mentoring team members and contributing to the practices growth.
