GLG Vets is excited to present this outstanding opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon at a thriving and wellestablished practice in Epsom Surrey. This role is perfect for an experienced vet ready to take the next step in their career leading a supportive and skilled team.
Location: Epsom Surrey
Salary: Up to 80000 (dependent on experience)
Hours: Fulltime or Parttime

About the Practice

- 1 fulltime Veterinary Surgeon
- 4 RVNs
- 2 student nurses

Your Role
As Lead Veterinary Surgeon you will:
- Drive clinical excellence within the practice.
- Mentor and support the team to deliver outstanding client and patient care.
- Work collaboratively with the team bringing innovative ideas to enhance practice operations.
- Handle a varied caseload with confidence and efficiency.
Requirements
- MRCVS registration.
- Proven clinical experience ideally with prior leadership responsibilities.
- A commitment to high standards of care and excellent client communication.
- A proactive approach to problemsolving and team collaboration.
