Job Description
We are in search for a Senior Veterinary Surgeon to join their dedicated and compassionate team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced vet looking to make an impact in a supportive wellestablished practice.
Location: Horsham West Sussex
Salary: Up to 75000 (Depending on Experience)
Working Hours: 4day week with a 1:4 weekend rota
Additional Benefits: Paid professional memberships (RCVS BVA VDS) plus more!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality veterinary care to a wide range of patients.
- Perform consultations surgeries and diagnostic procedures.
- Mentor and support junior team members helping them develop their clinical skills.
- Participate in the outofhours rota ensuring comprehensive care for clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships offering excellent customer service.
What Were Looking For:
- A qualified Veterinary Surgeon with significant experience in general practice.
- Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A dedicated caring approach to animal care.
- Flexibility to work within a team and independently when required.
