Job Description
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and take beverage orders.
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages including cocktails beer wine and soft drinks.
- Ensure that the bar area is stocked with necessary supplies such as glasses garnishes and ingredients.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Check customers identification to ensure legal age for alcohol consumption.
- Handle customer queries and complaints in a courteous and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other team members to create a positive and efficient work environment.
Qualifications :
- 1 year of food and beverage experience in a Restaurant Bar or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a vibrant nature and ability to provide exceptional customer service to our guests
- Passion for delivering warm and welcoming customer service & memorable guest experiences
- Good skills and knowledge in Cocktail making classical and curated spirit & wine knowledge and confidence in your service skills in these areas is a must
- Immaculate presentation and grooming
- Excellent attention to detail & commitment to high standards
- Flexibility to work a variety of different shift & weekends
- Valid NSW RSA Competency card is required
- You must meet the legal requirements to live & work in Australia
