Customer Service Advisor (Germanspeaking)
Location: Lisbon Portugal (Onsite)
About the Role
We are seeking a Germanspeaking Customer Service Advisor to join our growing team in Lisbon. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with cuttingedge technology while providing exceptional customer support in a dynamic international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide presales support and general inquiries assistance
- Handle technical troubleshooting via multiple channels (phone/email/chat/social media)
- Adapt brand voice across various communication channels
- Manage customer escalations appropriately
- Document and maintain accurate case information
- Deliver exceptional customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Native German speaker
- English proficiency (B2 level minimum)
- Technical customer service experience (preferred)
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Adaptability to different communication channels
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 8 AM to 8 PM
- Saturday to Sunday: 8 AM to 5 PM
- Flexible shift rotation within these hours
Compensation Package
- Base salary: 1100 per month (14 payments per year)
- Total annual salary: 18460
- Performance bonus: 120 (12 months)
- Complexity bonus: 135
- Meal allowance: 7.23 per day (net)
