Position: Senior Systems Analyst

As a Senior Systems Analyst you will be responsible for analyzing complex business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements design and implement systems and provide ongoing support and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document system requirements.
- Develop functional specifications.
- Support system implementation.
- Conduct JAD sessions and perform system testing.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Systems or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or in a similar role
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively
Indepth knowledge of system development life cycle and methodologies
Experience with system design development and implementation
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java C or Python
Familiarity with database management and SQL
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
