Job Overview
Fox Point Recruitment is seeking a proactive and experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the HR department manage daytoday HR operations and align HR strategies with organizational goals in an organization. The HR Manager will play a pivotal role in talent acquisition employee engagement training and implementing policies that foster a positive work culture

Key Skills and Qualifications
Education: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent.
Experience:
- Minimum of 57 years in HR preferably in retail FMCG or franchise operations.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices labor laws and compliance. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven leadership abilities and problemsolving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and tools.
