Your Role:
Help our clients kickstart their adventures with seamless booking experiences and outstanding customer support. From troubleshooting to providing expert advice youll be the friendly voice that ensures every journey begins on the right note.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Care Pro: Handle inbound inquiries assisting Germanspeaking clients with bookings and resolving travel concerns.
- ProblemSolver: Resolve platform issues and deliver smooth hasslefree user experiences.
- Relationship Builder: Provide personalized service to foster lasting client relationships and exceed expectations.
- Data Guardian: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions to drive continuous improvement.
- Team Player: Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
What Youll Get:
- Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: 1380 EUR gross/month (plus 14thmonth pay).
- Monthly Bonus: Up to 8%.

What Were Looking For:
- Language Proficiency: Native or fluent in German with strong English skills (C1 level).
- Educational Background: High school diploma required; higher education is a plus.

- TechSavvy: Confident in navigating and troubleshooting online platforms.
- Adaptable & Flexible: Thrive in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
Training Program:
- Fully remote 3week onboarding to set you up for success.
- Get handson experience with tools processes and best practices.
Schedule & Work Setup:
- Hours: 40 hours/week shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM 11:00 PM Monday to Sunday (flexible 5day schedule).
- Location: Fully remote (must be based in Greece).
