- Monthly Salary: 1010 EUR gross paid over 14 months.
- Performance Bonus: 140 EUR per 12 months recognizing your hard work and dedication.

- Schedule: Monday to Saturday with rotational shifts from 07:00 AM 07:00 PM.

- Work Model: Remote work with 2 days onsite per week (Braga).
- Permanent Contract: Enjoy stability with a 3month trial period leading to a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling inquiries resolving complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction across various channels.
- Actively manage customer interactions with a focus on providing clear accurate and timely solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the marketplace and the refurbished device products to offer personalized support.
