Job Description
We are looking to recruit 2 x School Cleaners for one of Nexgens Education Partners in the Ringmer/Lewes (BN8) area.
These are parttime permanent positions for 12.5 hours per week (each) where standard working hours are 3.30pm6.00pm (Mon to Fri) 2.5 hours per day.
Core Responsibilities Cleaning Operative / Cleaner:
- Dust damp wipe or wash walls skirting boards hand rails ledges window sills radiators lifts doors and frames
- Sweeping floors with brushes or dust control mops.
- Mopping floors with wet or damp mops.
- Hovering of carpeted areas.
- Emptying waste bins or similar receptacles transporting waste material to designated collection points.
- Mix cleaning supplies in the correct quantities for safe use.
- Replenish consumable items e.g. soap toilet rolls paper towels
- Clean kitchens toilets urinals hand basins and sinks
What are we looking for
- Prior professional Cleaning experience
- IT literate (use of tablet smart phone apps).
- Good communication skills both verbal and written (English)
- Willing to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
