KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of everything that needs to be done. Anantara Vacation Club employees always find new ways to look after the business their guests and their colleagues. Within this the key responsibilities for this position are:
- Welcoming guest at the airport.
- To anticipate all guest needs and handle all guest inquiries.
- Assisting arriving guest with luggage.
- To participate in the effective day to day operation at the airport.
- To have complete knowledge of the hotel products and services including villa types rates relative features and facilities food and beverage outlets and promotions spa and health club and other properties.
- Liaises with Limousines driver for a smooth airport pick up experience.
- To greet and acknowledge all guests welcoming them in a polite and friendly manner.
- To assist guests who require special attention.
- Reporting every guest arrival to the Resort.
- To assist in ensuring that the transportation arrangements of the Resort work perfectly including the coordination of taxis private vehicles limousines and other vehicles.
- Assist all other areas of AVC and the Resort when required.
Liaise with Airport GSR call centres Marketing Admin Limousine companies Airport supporter Team for as if may requested to complete daily task may need.
