SABA LEARNING MANAGEMENT (LMS) CONTENT MANAGEMENT:
- Create/publish/archive online/instructorled courses training curricula and maintains system parameters.
- Ensure content is accessible accurate and up to date.
- Actively interacts with other systems teams to help administer & manage the LMS and thirdparty content user accounts while maintaining security roles and access levels.
- Maintain data integrity rules and processes for the Saba Learning Platform such as course descriptions rosters transcripts course or class changes and instructors.
USER SUPPORT:
- Provide training and technical support to users who interact with the learning management system.
- Provide high level of customer service to all users by responding to requests in a timely manner.
- Generate reporting from system on regular basis and as requested.
Qualifications :
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Preferred Prior handson experience specifically in Saba Learning Management System (LMS).
- Experience with SCORM xAPI and other eLearning standards.
- A bachelors degree (4 year) or higher in Education Training or related technical field.
- Education or workrelated experience in training or another related field.
- Familiarity with elearning platforms along with traditional and modern job training methods and techniques.
- Interpersonal communication skills are required to interface with all affected teams personnel and vendors.
- An organized and detailoriented selfstarter with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work selfsufficiently given direction and resources.
- Ability to think critically solve problems independently and exercise excellent judgment and common sense.
- Intermediate computer skills (Proficiency in MS Office Suite to include Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook)
