Marketing & Communication Manager will be responsible for various aspects of the Hotels print digital and social presence including but not limited to revenue generation programs via print and online advertising campaigns social media campaigns inhouse newsletters and collateral partner marketing and website optimization. The individual will work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to implement tactical strategies regarding online revenue generation opportunities for the resort. Other responsibilities include working under the Group Director of Communications & Business Development and Regional Director of Sales & Marketing to implement campaigns and manage objectives including but not limited to asset/content creation and brand initiatives.
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Minimum of 5 years work experience in Marketing.
- Gulf experience is always beneficial and preferred.
- 35 years minimum experience in managing CRM & Digital campaigns in an F&B environment.
- Excellent academic background with BS degree in Management / masters degree in marketing or similar certifications
- Expert understanding of Customer relationship management data analysis and shopper habits and trends.
- Experience with Customer loyalty programmes and building brand loyalty through lowcost high value campaigns.
- Expert understanding of digital platforms and their best practice utilization for customerdriven campaigns.
- Well connected forward thinking creative individual who loves creating a BUZZ about everything!
- 5 years of B2C inbound and outbound marketing experience
- Familiarity with Content Management systems.
- Ability to deal with agencies briefs audits
- Passionate about the digital world selfstarter and Fast learner
- Experience using CMS platforms and marketing automation solutions
- Experience in planning budgeting launching monitoring and reporting campaigns
- The ability to multitask prioritize issues / escalations and manage many projects simultaneously
- Outstanding skills dealing with Microsoft Office applications; Word Excel PowerPoint

Reporting to Director of Communications & Business Development responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage all activities within the marketing department ensuring all brand standards are followed.
- Support in creating & executing annual marketing plan to budget.
- Serve as the hotels primary brand ambassador ensuring that brand guidelines are followed.
- Develop and execute the hotels marketing campaigns in conjunction with the Sales Spa Food & Beverage departments to ensure profit growth and brand exposure.
- Oversee all marketing initiatives for the hotel.
- Gather and analyze intelligence on markets threats and opportunities.
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players agencies and vendors.
- Create successful marketing campaigns from ideation to execute.
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution.
- Develop strategies and tactics to promote the hotel in various media outlets.
- Track and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns managing the marketing budget and ensuring that all marketing material is in line with our brand identity.
