Job Description
About the Role:
To lead the development and implementation of the comprehensive
strategy for the KSCC ensuring the effective achievement of strategic
objectives while fostering integration across different departments.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Strategic Development:
Develop the overall strategy for the KSCC Cultural Centers Entity to align with its vision and mission.
Identify strategic priorities based on a thorough analysis of the current situation and the entitys needs.
Design operational strategies to address gaps and mitigate risks.
Data Analysis and Trends:
Analyze internal and external data to identify opportunities and
challenges.
Provide wellresearched recommendations to support strategic
decisionmaking.
Managing Strategic Objectives:
Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the progress of the strategy implementation.
Prepare regular reports to track achievements identify challenges and suggest improvements.
Coordination with Departments:
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment of activities and initiatives with the overall strategy.
Lead planning and strategy review sessions as required.
Continuous Development:
Periodically review the strategy to ensure alignment with internal and
external developments.
Implement adjustments to the strategy based on emerging challenges and opportunities.
Work Experience:
Proven experience in strategy development and management
preferably in the cultural or nonprofit sector.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated
execution.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Alignment of activities and initiatives with the overall strategy.
Progress in implementing the strategy within defined timelines and plans.
Improvement in organizational performance through proposed strategies.
Enhanced stakeholder satisfaction with strategic outcomes and direction.
Qualifications Required
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Engineering or a related field (Masters in Business Administration or a relevant field preferred but not required).
Years of experience:
5 8 years of experience
Preferred certifications preferred but not required :
Balanced Scorecard Certification.
Strategic Management Professional (SMP).
Required Skills:
Strategic Thinking: Ability to analyze the current situation and determine longterm priorities.
Communication and Leadership: Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams.
ProblemSolving and DecisionMaking: Creative and practical solutions to challenges.
Performance Management: Ability to develop and track performance indicators to achieve goals.
Analysis and Vision: Strong understanding of internal and external environments and future trends.
