Job Description
- Conduct gap analysis of ITSM processes, identify improvement areas, and set enhancement objectives in collaboration with the client. In 2022, 25 enhancement objectives were established across all service management areas.
- Measure, report, and analyze improvement objectives on a weekly basis.
- Prepare a unified weekly status report for all objectives, significantly reducing the time spent preparing multiple manual reports.
- Increase automation of work orders and reduce delays in approvals.
- Coordinate with the reporting, automation, and monitoring tools team to better understand and leverage tools’ capabilities, thereby reducing manual efforts of process managers and practitioners.
