We are seeking an enthusiastic and detailoriented Assistant Outlets Manager to join our prestigious food and beverage team in Sofitel Brisbane Central. As an Assistant Outlets Manager you will lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals to create unforgettable experiences for our guests in our awardwinning restaurant Bistro Suzette our elegant lobby bar Cuvee and our InRoom Dining & Mini Bar services.
- Assist in overseeing daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets
- Collaborate with the Outlets Manager to develop and implement strategies for improving service quality and efficiency
- Supervise and support staff ensuring adherence to service standards and company policies
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to strategise on new product and service offerings
- Handle guest inquiries requests and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
- Ensure compliance with health safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist in organising and executing special events and promotions
- Maintain excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Qualifications :
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similary role within a fastpaced highend restaurant environment
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations including wine and beverage service
- Proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles
- Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including evenings weekends and holidays
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
