Job Description
Jasurda Group has partnered with a client within IT Solutions seeking a valuable Staff Accountant to add to their team.
The Staff Accountant will be responsible for daytoday financial tasks such as maintaining financial records preparing and analyzing financial reports reconciling accounts and assisting with budget preparation. The role will also involve collaborating with other team members and supporting financial audits.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Drive the monthly close process by reconciling accounts and preparing journal entries
- Manage inventory reconciliation and valuation adjustments
- Maintain fixed asset records and perform regular account reconciliations
- Monitor and report daily cash book and bank balances
- Support annual budget planning through analysis and input and prepare and issue 1099 tax forms
- Analyze revenue and expense trends to support decisionmaking
Required Qualifications:
- 12 years of accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in Excel (SAP experience is a plus)
- Bachelors degree in accounting
