Job Description
Were looking for a Customer Success Outreach Manager to join Procores Customer Success team. In this role youll work with clients and increase engagement with our SMB book of business. This role is a balance of independent and collaborative work sharing responsibility for postimplementation success & longterm adoption of Procores platform.
This position reports to our Manager of Customer Success and can be based remotely in the US. Were looking for someone to join us immediately.
What youll do:
Conduct proactive outreach to Procores Emerging book of business (7000 clients)
Maintain a high daily call volume of 20 calls and 3050 emails
Schedule implementation consultation calls as well as business reviews for the SMB Customer Success team members
Increase the number of business reviews and implementation calls scheduled each month
Continuously refine our strategy to drive show rates
Drive engagement with Procores most at risk SMB accounts
Run reports and analyze customer data to better understand and manage SMB accounts
Improve automation and streamline operating procedures to help scale the SMB Customer Success team
Capture client stories and update records
What were looking for:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
2 years working in a technology or startup environment (including internships)
Confidence in working with clients and/or prospects with responsibilities focused on customer experience and relationshipbuilding
Background in managing customer data within Salesforce or a similar CRM platform
Experience in managing high call volume
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to selfmanage workload while providing extraordinary customer experiences
Team player who also works well independently and is detailoriented and openminded
Additional Information :
Base Pay Range $25 $35 plus commission for an estimated ontarget earnings of $67218 $92424. This role is also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive fair and commensurate compensation and has provided an estimated pay range for this role. Actual compensation will be based on a candidates jobrelated skills experience education or training and location.
