ABOUT THE COMPANY:
This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified Sales Manager professional in the Ontario region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building relationships with clients and managing a Sales Representative on the team.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a qualified Sales Manager professional in the Ontario region. The Sales Manager will be responsible for building relationships with clients and managing a Sales Representative on the team.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients to ensure business growth of the company
- Accurately track and report on sales performance
- Assist in the management of allocating resources and managing the sales budget
- Manage support and motivate the sales representative providing a fostering environment to help achieve sales goals
- Gather feedback from the sales team and customers to ensure team and customer satisfaction
- Other duties as needed
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
- 46 years of experience in small business sales/sales management
- Prior experience working in wholesale industry highly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong relationshipbuilding acumen and ability to work in a fastpaced environment
