Job Description
The Construction Manager/Director is responsible for leading the onsite technical team and ensuring highquality project delivery by:
- Supervising EPC Contractor progress quality and commissioning until COD.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE rules regulations and approved methods at all stages of construction.
- Organizing site layouts storage and resources while managing site meetings and reporting progress.
- Monitoring schedules critical activities and delays proposing recovery plans to maintain timelines.
- Managing onsite personnel and collaborating with HR for workforce needs.
Qualifications :
- Experience in PV (Photovoltaic) and/or renewable energy is required.
- Proficiency in English and Portuguese is mandatory.
- Ability to understand and manage EPC Contracts O&M Agreements and various Project Agreements.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills to manage site teams effectively.
- Knowledge of HSE (Health Safety and Environment) standards and regulations in construction.
- Expertise in construction monitoring quality control and commissioning processes.
- Competency in scheduling progress tracking and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
- Analytical and problemsolving skills for optimizing workflows and managing delays.
