Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the service center;
- Ensure efficient workflow and quality of services;
- Manage staff scheduling and training;
- Monitor inventory and coordinate with suppliers;
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations;
- Handle customer escalations and ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Workshop Manager or in a similar role;
- Strong leadership and organizational skills;
- Technical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs;
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
