Join the Qantas Sales Operations team as a Change and Project Manager reporting to the Head of Sales Operations. In this pivotal role you will lead the execution design and delivery of key strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing support for our agents and indirect customers. A major focus will be leading the change program as part of a Project Working Group as we implement a global identity management tool for our global agency website scheduled over the next 612 months.
Collaborating across IT Digital Agency Partnerships Communications and Distribution teams you will champion seamless change programs overseeing detailed reviews with diverse stakeholders to ensure coordinated and successful delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass designing go to market sequencing developing sustainable operating and risk frameworks and crafting communication and training plans to ensure a positive change experience for our people agents and customers. If you thrive on navigating governance complexities and solving intricate problems this role offers a dynamic opportunity to make a meaningful impact.
