Job Description: As a Senior Recruiter you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing interviewing and hiring top talent for various positions within our company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain highquality candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in both IT and nonIT sectors.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards social media networking events and employee referrals.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.
- Negotiate offers and coordinate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter with a focus on both IT and nonIT roles.
- Strong understanding of various sourcing techniques and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
