Job Description
This is a remote position.
As a Destination Specialist you will focus on helping clients plan unique and memorable trips to specific locations. Your knowledge of destinations will allow you to provide detailed advice and customized travel solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Destination Advisory and Client Support:
Respond to client inquiries offering expert advice on destinations activities and accommodation.
Match clients with the best travel options based on their preferences and interests.
Assist with the booking of flights hotels tours and other travel services.
Custom Travel Itineraries:
Develop unique and personalized itineraries that reflect the clients travel goals and budget.
Work with vendors to arrange reservations special requests and itinerary changes.
Documentation and Financial Management:
Ensure all necessary travel documentation is organized and accurate.
Collect payments process transactions and issue travel vouchers.
Troubleshooting and Travel Assistance:
Resolve issues that arise during travel coordinating with service providers to offer timely solutions.
Provide support for unexpected changes such as flight delays or accommodation problems.
Destination Research and Product Knowledge:
Keep uptodate with trends events and updates for your specific destinations.
Regularly research new activities hotels and experiences to enhance client offerings.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain a thorough record of client interactions and travel bookings.
Ensure all travel documents are prepared and delivered on time.
