Key Responsibilities: Corporate Travel Consultation and Support: Respond promptly to business clients inquiries regarding flights, accommodation, and other travel needs. Tailor travel recommendations to meet corporate preferences and budgets. Assist clients in booking flights, hotels, transportation, and other business travel services. Business Travel Itinerary Planning: Create detailed travel itineraries for corporate trips, ensuring all arrangements align with business requirements. Coordinate with travel vendors to confirm reservations and make necessary adjustments. Documentation and Payment Processing: Ensure that all necessary business travel documents are secured, such as visas or insurance. Manage payment processes, ensuring accurate and timely transactions. Problem Resolution and Client Care: Address any travel disruptions, providing quick resolutions to issues like flight cancelation or delays. Liaise with vendors to resolve problems and ensure the continuity of corporate travel. Industry Knowledge and Product Expertise: Stay updated on corporate travel trends and services to provide clients with relevant advice.
