Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SoC Design Verification Manager to join our team. In this role you will manage and lead a team to contribute to the verification of complex SystemonChip (SoC) designs ensuring functionality performance and quality meet project and customer specifications. This position requires expertise in advanced verification methodologies strong technical leadership and excellent problemsolving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 10 engineers planning and executing project tasks to meet QCD targets.
Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to develop plans track progress and ensure timely delivery.
Continuously improve verification methodologies to enhance efficiency and quality.
Develop team members to build skills and expand expertise.
Job requirements:
Have experience on integration of some peripheral IPs such as Interconnect DDR controller DMAC Interrupt controller (ARM GIC) MMU
Proven experience in SoC design verification including unit test combine test strategies and team management.
Strong knowledge of AMBA protocols: AHB APB AXI is a must
Proficiency in verification methodologies such as SystemVerilog UVM (preferred) SVA and Formal Verification.
Familiarity with scripting or automation for improving workflows.
Familiarity with programming languages like Verilog assembly C/C/SystemC.
Knowledge of Functional Safety standards (e.g. ISO 26262) is a plus.
Agile mindset to adapt to dynamic project requirements and timelines.
Strong project management and communication skills.
Expertise in improving methodologies and processes for highquality outcomes.
A proactive leader with a passion for team development and problemsolving.
