Job Description
The cleanliness engineer is responsible to identify the remaining particles of raw materials
manufacturing processes handling processes machines packaging and workers (clothes
hair etc.) that can affect the product performance. The cleanliness engineer performs
cleanliness audits in production lines; besides he/she must monitor the particles
measurement results in the product to comply with the standards specifications as well as
the client requirements. The cleanliness engineer will report all deviations to the value
stream responsible and quality area to perform corrective actions and he/she will follow the
action plan to ensure the corrective actions are done; In addition to this the creation of a set
of comprehensive KPIs needs to be done to ensure proper measurement of cleanliness
status in the site.
Qualifications :
- Knowledge of VDA 19.1 and VDA 19.2
- Knowledge on problem solving techniquesShainin6 SigmaPDCA8D
- Dealing with conflict and under pressure work
- Mechanical drawings interpretation
- Good communication
- Intermediate Advance English language
- High Teamwork interaction
- Ability to work effectively in cross functional and multi functional teams. In a global environment
- Statically analysis knowledge (minitab)
- Bachelors degree depend of the process specific (Eng. Mechatronic Electronic Industrial or Systems Metallurgic Chemistry Electromechanical)
