Job Description
- Processes all room reservations via phone calls emails and Opera which may include booking changes and cancellations.
- Ensures accuracy in reservation entries by checking for duplicate bookings and history and accommodating and documenting requests while implementing hotel standards.
- Implements revenue management strategies such as upselling recommendation of hotel facilities services and hotel restrictions.
Qualifications :
- Graduate of a degree in Tourism Hospitality management or a related discipline is an asset.
- A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience in reservations is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with strong interpersonal and problemsolving abilities and a keen sense of detail.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and Opera PMS.
