Job Description:
- We are ideally looking for a 5 to 6 year person.
- They are looking for a 56 year person
- The Media Conversion system is integral to the digital supply chain responsible for converting digital assets into various formats suitable for distribution across multiple digital markets. This system handles diverse media types including audio video PDFs and graphics with workflows conversion options and attributes tailored to each media type.
Role:
The Media Conversion Business Analyst will collaborate with members of Global Media Production the Digital Systems Group Global Business Units and Global Tech teams to gather analyze and document requirements. The role involves supporting new business initiatives system features data conversions/migrations and system implementations and rollouts. The position encompasses a broad spectrum of features and initiatives within the Media Conversion space enhancing our capabilities to manage and digitally distribute music and media assets. The ability to interact with business and IS&T personnel at all management levels is essential as is the capacity to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Agile ceremonies: Oversee and facilitate sprint planning daily scrum sprint review and sprint retrospective sessions.
- Lead backlog grooming sessions: Conduct and guide sessions for backlog grooming and requirement clarification to ensure clarity and priority alignment.
- Testing of changes: Ensure that changes are tested thoroughly to align with business expectations.
- Manage user acceptance testing: Collaborate with Product Owners to oversee and manage user acceptance testing processes.
- Identify potential project risks: Recognize areas of potential project risk and manage mitigation steps and escalation procedures effectively.
- Longterm project roadmap: Work with Operations and IS&T personnel to manage and maintain the longterm roadmap of highlevel projects.
- Communicate project status: Provide regular updates on project status to management personnel.
Technical Skills (Nice to haves)
- Efficiency in writing and executing SQL queries and generating reports.
- Experience with API lookup and testing using Postman or a comparable API testing tool.
- Highlevel understanding of cloud architecture and infrastructure particularly in AWS environments.
