Job Description
GeM Portal Management
1. Product Management
Upload products to the GeM portal accurately and efficiently.
Create and manage invoices for GeM orders through the portal.
Maintain all the necessary documentation for tracking the GeM orders/tenders.
2. Order Processing
Process GeM orders and ensure timely fulfilment.
Prepare and manage customer master forms for new customers.
3. Tender Participation
Identify and participate in relevant GeM tenders.
Find and categorize products on the GeM portal based on MP products.
4. Data Management
Maintain and update the GeM product list and tender participation list in Excel for both direct and distributorbased participation.
