Job Title: Territory Business Manager (TBM)
Location: Rajasthan (Bikaner Nokha NagaurSikar Rajgarhsardarshahr)
Product: HL/LAP
Experience: 1year in Homeloan and LAP
CTC: 1.9LPA to 3LPA
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Territory Business Manager to drive sales of Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) in Rajasthan. The role involves achieving sales targets managing channel partners and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets for HL/LAP products.
- Build and manage relationships with channel partners (DSAs real estate agents).
- Generate leads and assist customers with the loan process.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
- Ensure compliance and proper documentation.
Qualifications:
- Graduate with 13 years in HL/LAP sales.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with the Rajasthan market is a plus.
