About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Senior .NET Production Support Developer with expertise in C# .NET 8 .NET Blazor .NET Framework API development and SQL to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting live applications identifying and resolving issues and ensuring seamless performance for our users. This role requires an analytical mindset a keen eye for detail and the ability to handle and prioritize productionrelated issues effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Support: Provide Level 2/Level 3 support for .NET applications in production ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.
• Issue Resolution: Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve application issues in realtime ensuring timely responses and accurate solutions.
• Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses to identify root causes of recurring issues and work with development teams on permanent resolutions.
• Performance Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to identify potential issues before they impact end users and implement solutions to enhance application stability and performance.
• Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with the development team to improve software quality by recommending bug fixes performance improvements and other enhancements.
• API Support: Ensure the proper functioning of RESTful APIs in production environments addressing any issues related to connectivity data integrity or performance.
• SQL Database Management: Troubleshoot and optimize SQL queries ensuring efficient data handling and quick issue resolution related to database performance.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• 5 years of experience in C# and .NET development with a focus on production support.
• Strong proficiency in .NET 8 .NET Blazor .NET Framework and API development.
• Extensive experience with SQL including writing debugging and optimizing queries.
• Familiarity with production monitoring tools and logging frameworks (such as Application Insights New Relic or ELK Stack).
• Familiar with Workflow engine like ELSA
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to diagnose complex issues under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders and end users.

NicetoHave

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with cloud services (Azure or AWS) and understanding of scaling and highavailability strategies.
• Exposure to Microservices architecture and containerization (e.g. Docker).
