About you
- Experience with local market knowledge in hospitality industry.
- Passion interest and confidence in coffee wine & spirits with a focus on locally sourced product ensuring quality and consistency of our offering.
- A commitment to providing exceptional experiences for our guests.
- Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams your lead by example approach will be infectious.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- A high standard of grooming and presentation.
- The ability and flexibility to work various rostered shifts including early mornings late evenings and on weekends.
What you will be doing
- Assist in leading mentoring and training the Food & Beverage Operations team.
- Supervise and delegate duties ensure brand standards are maintained.
- Liaise with kitchen to ensure the highest standard of food quality and visual appeal.
