Job Description
Position: Accounts Executive ( Contract role with Randstad)
Job Location Delhi
Experience 2.5 year to 5 years
Working days 5days work from office (Alternate saturday is working)
Shift timing 9:30 am to 6:30 pm
Candidate qualification B.com SAP profile & Good exposure in MSExcel
Work Profile:
- Incoming customer Pmt. Entry in SAP
- Pmt. Matching with the Invoices in SAP
- Daily outstanding repot Division wise separately.
- Stock ageing Report circulation to all concern.
- Debit Note Report circulation to all concern.
- Debit Note circulated to customer.
- Bank Rico & Clearance from pending entry list.
- Customer Ledger circulation as and when required by the customer.
- Communication with Customer regarding query balances & outstanding etc.
