Job Description
Our Client is working with a leading gourmet snack company known for its delicious flavored popcorn protein pops and crunchy corn. LOCATION : GURGAON EXPERIENCE Minimum 2 Years
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing & Dispatch: Manage purchase orders from quick commerce and ecommerce platforms coordinating closely with warehouses to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouse teams for goods receipt scheduling stock availability and timely dispatch resolving discrepancies when necessary.
- Delivery Management: Partner with logistics teams to oversee timely deliveries across India troubleshoot issues and ensure adherence to agreed timelines.
- Stock Planning & Forecasting: Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast demand optimize inventory levels and maintain efficient stock turnover.
- Performance Reporting: Track key metrics like fill rates and delivery timelines providing actionable insights to improve operational performance.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Work with sales finance and customer service teams to address bottlenecks and enhance the customer experience.
What Youll Need
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
- Experience: 23 years in operations logistics or supply chain ideally in the ecommerce or quick commerce industry.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and data interpretation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Analytical mindset with excellent organizational skills to handle multiple priorities.
