Our client is a Series A startup helping businesses globally. They are one of Torontos fastest growing startups and are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to join their team!
- Develop and manage paid media campaigns across digital channels including Google Search social media email and affiliate marketing
- Optimize campaigns through A/B testing creative iterations and datadriven decisions to improve ROI
- Track analyze and report on campaign performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics
- Work with contractors to produce highquality content and web development assets
- Identify and execute scalable growth opportunities including SEO strategies to boost organic traffic
- Test and implement fresh marketing initiatives to stay ahead of industry trends
Requirements
- 25 years of growth marketing or performance marketing experience preferably in a startup or scaleup environment
- Familiarity with managing and optimizing paid campaigns and performance marketing strategies
- Strong understanding of Google Search (both paid and organic) and SEO principles
- Analytical skills to interpret data and make datadriven decisions
- Creative thinking with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies
- Ability to run all aspects of campaigns from planning to performance tracking
- Startup mindset with the adaptability to manage the status quo while introducing new initiatives

Previous experience in sales or a strong desire to enter the sales field, with phone or door-to-door sales experience being a plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear and effective messages. A tenacious attitude with the resilience to handle rejection and maintain a positive outlook when reaching potential clients. Strong organizational skills to manage a high volume of leads and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using or learning CRM systems and sales automation tools to maximize efficiency. A desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Motivated by exceeding targets, with a proven track record of consistently over-achieving quota. Ability to analyze data to track the effectiveness of outreach efforts and make necessary adjustments. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required.
