Job Description
Qualifications:
Minimum Degree in any Engineering discipline (Chemical Process or Mechanical Engineering)
Job Purpose:
1) Understand strategize and coordinate the project construction scope and requirement on the project/business case (ie Turnaround upgrading/modification Brownfields & Greenfields etc. based on approved FID project charter etc). Draft the requirement in the scope of work or the ITB and other related procedure such as Project Execution Plan and Construction Execution Plan.
2) Plan develop and update the projects Construction Work Plan /Construction Execution Plan for the project. The plan is to covers all the construction strategy planning and construction project resources.
3) Monitor administer manage and continuously improve the construction execution at the worksite. Ensuring the construction work at site conducted based on the approved schedule and procedure approved by the project manager. Ensure the work based on good engineering practices. Continuously improve the work quality and safety.
