Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage and resolve technical issues on equipment process.
- Required handson and provide onsite field service support to customers.
- Perform installation and buyoff.
- Conduct maintenance and operational training for customers staff.
- Troubleshooting and customer support.
- Provide technical advices/solution and support to achieve better quality productivity and cost objectives.
- Preparation of technical issue report.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering Semiconductor or a related field or equivalent experience.
- Fresh graduates and candidates from related fields are encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in Mandarin English and Malay as it will involves communication with the headquarters.
- Knowledge of PC operations and relevant software.
- Selfmotivated responsible and a team player with strong communication and organizational skills.
- Experience in service roles or customerfacing positions is preferred.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
