Job Overview:
AS an Operations PTL intern you will get exposure to project management process optimization and operational strategy.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improve SLA by tracking and followups
- Escalation management
- Improve NDR adherence and reduce returns
- Improve delivery TAT of Lastmile shipments and ensure minimum cooling time in the chain
Requirements:
- Comfortable in using excel Intermediate level
- Willingness to learn
- Knowledge of Supply chain and Logistics (Preferable)
- Comfortable in calling
Job Location: Gurugram WFO & 6days/week
Duration: 3 months
