We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Duty Manager to oversee daily hotel operations and ensure a seamless guest experience. As a Duty Manager you will be responsible for supervising staff managing guest relations and ensuring that all departments operate efficiently and in line with ibis Brand standards.
Qualifications :
Proven experience as a Duty Manager or in a similar supervisory role in the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both in Thai and English.
Knowledge of hotel operations including front desk management guest services and team coordination.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
