Oversee the hotels Google Business Profiles and similar listings maintain the uptodate and accurate content while optimizing all the available features of each listing.
Manage the propertys business listings on thirdparty websites including setup updates of information and tracking lead generation.
Create maintain and implement digital marketing content and editorial articles as needed to support the SEO strategy.
Assist the Director of Marketing Communication with the hotel websites management (including all images tools and content) to ensure it is up to date and presents correctly.
Assist the Director of Marketing Communications (MARCOM) in planning and managing the budget for all digital marketing activities.
Possess a strong understanding of Accors Digital and ECommerce systems including web analytics ECRM and backend operations.
Review analytical data to support digital marketing strategies and assess the performance of digital marketing initiatives on both websites and social media platforms.
Stay informed about emerging technologies conduct market surveys and competitor analysis to gather relevant information and make recommendations that enhances property exposure boosts business conversion and improves customer experience.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in marketing communication or related field
3 years experience in the hotel marketing; 2 years of digital marketing experience
Solid understanding of social media ecommerce SEO and Display Marketing
Creativity and knowledge of media editing software (photo and shortvideo)
Working knowledge of Wordpress CMS and content management platforms
Demonstrated ability to development and execute digital marketing and communications strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai
Familiarity with analytical tools such as Google Analytics Meta Business Suites and Webmaster Tools
An openminded proactive and team player.
