Starting Wages:
$17/hour $2/hour shift differential for night shift
Summary:
As a team member you will handle products as they come out of the injection molding machines. Your role involves evaluating quality trimming excess plastic (flash) labeling and stacking products according to established procedures.
Responsibilities:
Maintain workflow by keeping up with the pace set by the molding machine s output.
Monitor part quality continuously according to quality procedure sheets quality samples and production supervisor guidelines.
Perform necessary operations such as trimming labeling assembling stacking and packing.
Verify label and stack/package accuracy.
Notify supervisors or mold/process technicians of any problems or issues.
Maintain a clean and safe workspace.
Schedule:
12hour shifts: Daylight (7:00 AM 7:00 PM) OR Night (7:00 PM 7:00 AM).
Night shift offers an additional $2/hour shift differential.
Rotating schedule: 2 days on / 2 days off / 3 days on / 2 days off.
Work a total of 15 days per month with every other weekend off.

Qualifications:
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions.
- Ability to walk and stand for 12 hours.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to push pull lift move and/or carry up to 50lbs.
- Ability to frequently reach overhead.
- Ability to frequently stoop bend and kneel.
- Requires hand and finger dexterity.
Work Environment:
- Fast paced manufacturing (Paced to machines)
- Requires working and interacting with other team members.
- Requires wearing PPE (Safety Shoes Safety Glasses Hearing Protection Cutting Glove and sleeve).
