You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs a Stockroom Assistant you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimise the retail business and enhance efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success!
You are flexible proactive and enjoy stock management as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience.
Youll be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts of inventory to ensure accurate stock levels. Organising and maintaining the stockroom to ensure efficient storage and retrieval of products. Checking and verifying incoming deliveries for accuracy and quality control and assisting in the replenishment of the stock on the sales floor.
As Bicester is one of our biggest stores youll not only be responsible for our onsite stockroom standards but youll also be based at our offsite stockroom around 80% of the time managing door to floor efficiency!

High on energy low on ego and with a little bit of humour!
You are one of a kind because of your ability to maintain exceptionally high store standards inclusive of merchandising products point of sale and cleanliness of displays. As Stockroom Assistant on top of that you have:
Relevant experience in a similar position within retail or hospitality.
Demonstrable success gained in a retail sales environment in a fastmoving consumer goods company.
Awareness of stock control monitoring stock levels and previous stock experience including endtoend management of deliveries replenishment and stock takes.
