Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate the lifecycle of corporate software with a focus on license optimization and maintenance.
- Ensure legal and corporate compliance in software license usage by continuously monitoring contracts and deadlines.
- Manage communication and collaboration with the French team ensuring alignment on business and technical goals.
- Support the selection implementation and integration of new software ensuring effective adoption in business processes.
- Negotiate contracts with software vendors to maximize value for the client.
- Create and analyze reports on software usage and related costs proposing strategies for optimization.
- Collaborate with global IT teams to ensure the security and updating of utilized software.
- Provide technical support and consulting to business users regarding software and licensing.
Qualifications :
Requirements
Experience and Technical Skills
- Degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering or equivalent.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in software or IT management roles preferably in international settings.
- Indepth knowledge of software licensing policies and tools (e.g. Microsoft Oracle Adobe SAP).
- Familiarity with Software Asset Management (SAM) platforms and ITIL practices.
- Proven ability to manage IT projects on a global scale.
Linguistic and Interpersonal Skills
- Fluent English (minimum level C1); knowledge of French is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with international stakeholders both technical and nontechnical.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as with geographically distributed teams.
- Problemsolving skills and operational flexibility in a dynamic environment.
