Il sagit dun poste en CDD de 6 mois
Le dpartement Retailer Vertical est au cur des principaux dfis de NielsenIQ avec notre quipe entretenant des relations quotidiennes avec tous les plus grands acteurs du PGCFLS en France.
Lquipe Customer Success aide les enseignes mieux comprendre les tendances actuelles de la distribution et des consommateurs afin de dfinir la stratgie en magasin avec des recommandations claires et actionnables.
Vos missions
- Vous serez acteur de projets stimulants et collaborerez avec les consultants sur la prparation de leurs diffrentes prsentations clients depuis le brief jusqu la restitution finale
- Via une analyse forte valeur ajoute vous serez mme daider les consultants et leurs clients apprhender le comportement de leurs consommateurs et vous proposerez des recommandations stratgiques afin de recruter et fidliser la bonne cible
Votre profil
- Vous tes diplm bac5 : cole de commerce dingnieur ou universit
- Vous avez une connaissance du secteur de la grande consommation
- Vous avez une premire exprience russie dans les tudes de march le marketing ou le category management et idalement chez un fabricant de produits de grande consommation
- Vous parlez anglais et francais couramment afin de pouvoir changer avec les quipes et clients internationaux
- Reconnu(e) pour vos qualits relationnelles votre pdagogie votre flexibilit et votre esprit dquipe vous tes laise dans un environnement en constante volution
Votre valeur ajoute
Vos capacits danalyse et votre comprhension des enjeux de vos clients vous permettent dtablir des recommandations pertinentes et daider nos clients prendre de bonnes dcisions.
