Job Description
As Night Duty Manager you will be responsible for overseeing all operations during the night shift ensuring the smooth running of the hotel and creating a safe sound and exceptional guest journey from night until morning.
Your Primary duties & responsibilities include:
- Manager on duty for the hotel including checkins check outs and guest enquiries
- Perform night audit functions ensuring proper balancing of hotel revenues in rooms and food & beverage
- Handle guest concerns and react quickly tracking and notifying proper areas to guarantee memorable moments for our guests
- Ensuring the safety of our guests throughout the night
Qualifications :
Your experience and skills include:
- Full Australian Working Rights this role is not available for sponsorship
- Service focused personality and the love of working through the night is essential
- Ability to work flexible schedule including ability to work across a 7day roster including weekends and public holidays shift hours are from 11pm 7am
- A good understanding of finance and accounting practices
- Extensive knowledge of Front Office operations essential
- Prior experience working with Opera Cloud or a related system
- Proven ability to build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders
- Multitasker that is highly organised detailoriented and able to manage conflicting priorities
- Ability to lead by example believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance
