Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Front Office teams to deliver outstanding and personalised guest services ensuring all guests receive a warm and courteous welcome.
- Supervise and support front office teams providing mentorship and coaching to enhance performance.
- Act as the primary contact for guest inquiries complaints or special requests handling each interaction with care and efficiency to maintain guest satisfaction.
- Oversee daily operations ensuring seamless coordination between Front Office Concierge Guest Services Housekeeping and other departments.
- Support the Front Office Manager in staff training ensuring team members are aligned with Mondrians values of bold creativity fairness and personalised service.
- Monitor and manage Accor Live Limitless Accor Plus and DisLoyalty membership programs during your shift. Ensure accurate application of membership benefits and assisting guests with any membership related inquiries or issues.
- Monitor guest feedback and reviews taking action to continuously improve service delivery and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications :
- A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role in luxury hotels or a similar hospitality setting.
- Strong leadership communication and problemsolving skills with a proactive and solutionoriented approach.
- Must be able to speak read write and understand English. Additional knowledge of international and local languages is appreciated but not mandated.
- Excellent understanding of luxury hospitality standards with a focus on delivering modern culturally immersive and unforgettable guest experiences.
- Ability to manage a diverse team and foster a positive forwardthinking work environment.
- Strong knowledge of Opera cloud is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proficiency in Micros Symphony.
- Proficiency in rostering in line with budget guidelines.
- A passion for creativity and innovation in hospitality aligned with the Mondrian ethos of being an agent for change.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends evenings overnight and holidays.
- A valid First Aid Certificate is desirable.
- A Queensland Responsible Service of Alcohol or willingness to obtain one.
- Must have a valid Full Australian Drivers License.
- Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
