About the Role

We have opportunities for an Associate architect with experience of UK workplace design to join our architecture and master planning practice. As a member of our team you will work on diverse projects in the UK and internationally ranging from largescale master plans to individual buildings. We pride ourselves on bringing innovative design solutions for multicultural projects with economic and social integrity.

You will be responsible for the onward design and delivery of a UK flagship sustainable workplace project and as such should have demonstrable experience in taking a lead consultant role successfully delivering high performing projects engaging with external and internal stakeholders and to communicate effectively with all parties.

Responsibilities

  • Lead consultant of a multi disciplinary team on a UK flagship workplace project;
  • Produce highquality design work in line with 10 Designs philosophy;
  • Ownership and responsibility for maintaining the client brief;
  • In depth experience of workplace design both shell and core and workplace ID;
  • Engagement with local authority stakeholders contractors;
  • Ensure high performance design ambitions are guarded and maintained;
  • Lead the multi disciplinary team to deliver information effectively in a timely manner;
  • Mentor junior members of the staff.

Qualifications :

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 10 years professional post part three experience;
  • Technical designfocused producing design solutions on your own or under guidance;
  • Sustainability focused with demonstrable experience of delivering high performing schemes in the UK;
  • Excellent communication presentation skills;
  • Excellent Revit skills required;
  • Sound knowledge of Revit AutoCAD SketchUp NBS chorus;
  • Experience within a tier one architecture practice working on workplace projects ideally gained in the UK would be highly beneficial.
